I would think JT and the rest would want to strategically release PR's in such a manner that would send the PPS above the high of .019 and beyond before going to the ARCH. Then they will have some ammunition. They have all the incentive they need to attract the institutional investors via a rising PPS. They also have the talent, ability, consultants and their own TA that will provide the tools to do so. They may not have the small individual shareholders best interest at heart when it comes to timing some "message board poster's" personal goals.
They definitely want to attract the big guns and will do it on their own strategic timeline; not ours. Any mutual fund managers out there that can advise us as to how pink sheet stocks strategically attract the "big guns" and the process, milestones and timelines they typically use.
