The launch of the infomercial coincided with GSP's world championship title fight on November 16, 2013 in which he once again successfully defended his world title.

The infomercial is being utilized and exploited under the terms and conditions of the international distribution agreement that DSS recently on April 30, 2013 with GAIAM, Inc. (NASDAQ:GAIA)
