We have a few inquiries regarding the status of the China sale but the confidentiality restrictions in the case and securities law concerns restrict our answering the inquiries directly until information becomes public.

The bidding procedures in this case indicate what goes on a notice and when. The Debtors are then able to control the information that goes out so we keep free of securities law issues.

We have a sale hearing in the case on Thursday at 11:30 Eastern (please check the Court docket for any changes).

I would suggest that you take a look at the following link and the related fees and listen in to the Debtors presentation if you want information in real time as it becomes public.

http://www.deb.uscourts.gov/sites/default/files/Chambers Information/Telephonic_Procedures%5B1%5D.pdf

The fees to use the service begin at $50 for the first 90 minutes of the hearing. The service is provided by a company with which the Court has a contract and you can contact them for further information you might require outside the information provided by the telephonic procedures link provided above.

We also make available on the AgFeed Shareholders website (available through a case search on omnimgt.com) the hearing transcript soon after the hearing. As soon as the Debtors get the transcript we post it. You can also contact the Court and pay for a transcript from the transcription service provider if you want it sooner.
