Why did they report differently this time by reporting the O/S as of the end of the quarter whereas last time they reported the actual O/S the day they finally filed? BECAUSE THE PUMP/Dilution HAPPENED AFTER SEPT 30! Why is the T/A gagged? lol.

O/S IS NOT CURRENT. Last Time they filed LATE they reported O/S current the day they filed - July 16th for period ending June 30th. This time they back dated the O/S to the end of the quarter. Sept 30th. Yet they filed late again. Suspicious? Highly! Tells me the current O/S is NOT 1.2 Billion!!! It's going on December folks LOL!!'
