Going pretty well. Should get a "sample chapter" in the next few days and can see how it looks when it's been formatted and so on. I'm going to start on Ch.2, which is the summary of the entire book. Should be short. Ch 14 and 15 are 80% done and will be ready to roll soon. The rest is done. I'd say it will be off my desk by my birthday (1/3/57). I don't know but it should be out in the spring.

So, in January I should have time to fire up PACER and read some of the materials in the ten takings cases. Maybe I'll get a place near Key Largo for three weeks.
