There are some but you have to take into account the size of the market potential of the drug, who is marketing it, the size of the company and too many other things to mention.

Stocks have skyrocketed on first approvals and some have not, I expect this stock to take off and hold some gains, then when they get the next approvals you will see this in the teens i expect.

I would not underestimate the potential of this stock now.
