Lombardi, again I am not the only long that " sold out ".
I am not a paid pumper.
I had every intention of staying long here.
And that is the truth!
I sold my position following what I perceived to be misled
by the Company, in regards to it's Revenue projections.
Again, kudos for coming on the air tonight, but the question still
stands!
Why in three separate PHOT resources, the DOJ letter,
the Investor Presentation, the Research report, did PHOT
continue to affirm it's 5.4M Revenue Projections even as
late as two weeks before the Third Quarter was to be over.
Having a Business background, I can assure you they knew about
the Revenue shortfall at least the midway point of the Quarter.
There are about a half dozen other inaccuracies or misstatements
that I have come across here, but most of them I believe come
from over estimating or over reaching comments of Company
initiatives or plans due to their zeal for the Company, rather
than outright intentional misleading.
But still, that raises a red flag for me.
I am still a PHOT Phan, but for now, I am on the sideline.
If PHOT can get some customers for the Kiosk or Gift program,
I may reconsider my position.
I may even contact the Company to see if they have any positions
available.
I believe I can help the Company achieve some of their objectives.
I am not going to say I was not a cheerleader here and PHOT's
biggest Phan.
But for me, meeting Revenue projections, as indicated by the
Company that they would, was a big deal.
As indicated in the Research report, meeting Revenue projections
would give me the confidence I needed for PHOT to soon use cash
instead of shares for Company Operations.
With Third Quarter and now Fourth Quarter falling short of
Revenue projections, that reality is a longer way off.
Many shareholders can look past that and see the bigger picture.
I have gotten burnt to many times to do that here.
