Medical Marijuana Inc (MJNA)

Here is a thought that applies to most of the stocks in this MJ sector. They have to sell shares for pennies to run and expand their business because they can't get a bank loan, but probably in the near future they will be able to get bank money. At that time could they use that money to buy back shares? So if yes do they want to buy back shares for pennies or dollars? It seems most of these stocks are not working to please share holders. It seems a lot of games being played to keep things low. Any thoughts out there to shine light on this?
