Who knows. Any number of reasons. Maybe people were expecting there would be interest by now. Maybe there is a problem with the MG patent ? Maybe the company has decided to keep things close until they sort out the last patent problems?
Regardless, it would be an opportunity if you haven't already spent your allotment to this stock and you believed in it!
