Sept 2013 is a 3 rd quarter report ( July,August ,September ) the company had to used $$ to invest purchase this and that and so on to sale the product by put in sale market . If you open a restaurant you need buy a lot of supply (steak,ch.,fish etc.....) cause $ to make$ after that time to sale & make profit = share fly.
