He says he does DD but now he says he is speculating.

He is also saying this stock could hit $1.00 on their upcoming filings.

So if you are keeping track, if there are 500 million or, more likely, 1 billion shares, VELA would go from being worth a million bucks to a billion dollars.

This guy's misinformation is comical.
