Yes and making fuel appears to be almost the sole focus. Breaking out costs associated with making said fuel hasn't been something JBI is willing to share. That's the big secret.

JBI may now be looking to go down the Agilyx path of selling processors vs. selling fuel which was something many JBI message board members mocked Agilyx for in the past.
