Don't know...this part from the Q makes me think they want to leave it the same, but maybe I'm wishful thinking too:


The terms of equity that may be raised may not be on terms acceptable by the Company. If adequate funds cannot be raised outside of the Company, the Company’s officer and directors may need to contribute funds to sustain operations.
