They have to get current on all their quarterly with sec before they can do any 8ks. If you read the PR it states this. Along with theyre not saying straight to nasdaq. They are trying to first meet all requirements to uplist to a higher exchange and ULTIMATELY THE NASDAQ. You know how much time it would take to audit and do all the financials for a company for 6years when you werent even involved with the company for 4 of those years??
