Mkaiz. You are confusing HRAL, the traded company and Heat At Last, the retail chain. PHC bought the retail chain from HRAL years ago. HRAL - the company that we all own shares is just a shell now. It doesn't really do anything other than collect royalties from the earnout. PHC going public, if it ever did, would have no impact on HRAL.
