when you are splitting the bid and the ask and the quantity of shares you are buying is less than the min amount to show on the board(at this level its 10,000) then your order will not show.
It's still in there. However you will need the offer to get to your price to have the possibility of getting filled. Candidly.... .056 or .0565... is insignificant... just slap the ask and you're in!
