Alydyr, nice job on finding the errors. My long experience is that many penny financials are riddled with mistakes, often obvious ones. I followed one stock a few years ago that didn't even show the years correctly in their 10K. SEC shut it down later and the "CPA" -- an alcoholic-- lost his license to practice. Turned out he was employing high school kids to do much of the work!!!

DECN should be a fun penny to follow. Love the obvious dogs.
