This is the response one of the I-Hub admins sent me last week but they didn't do anything to correct the problem they just posted the PR manually:
The problem is we did not receive this article from Marketwired. Our system can not add an article we did not receive.

I don't know why News would hit everywhere but I-Hub
I'm beginning to think it's the I-hub admins that want to keep it down for some reason. Maybe they haven't loaded or are waiting us out. lol Guess we have to go further or over I-Hubs head if they're the problem.
