Iknow-You are probably right about the non-action associated with the lack of info, and what appears to be the lack of activity on the surface. This is translating in to a lack of activity in the stock price.

We are sure to see an 8K tomorrow, with the ususal extension until February 3rd. The only difference is that we may see some excitement before the expiration of that extension. The 30 day wait will be over and Avon will come calling.

I hope it isn't a doorbell but a great big footprint on the front door in Pittsburg...and even better a great big footprint on the rears of Higbee, jackson and the Conway/Jones team.

I guess we will see soon enough.

The inside folks were fed some info to pass on to the board. Since that wasn't all that effective they seem to have moved to the gag order approach.

JP and friends buddy jackson must have been told to lay low as well. Hmmmmmmm?

Have they come close to getting the little ducklings in a row.

The only question for tomorrow is if the 8K comes out during trading hours or will it be after hours.

I will pick 2:30PM...any one have a better assumption?
