Actually the investigations are confidential matters unless charges are brought, i don't know what your position is, but for me i, as a stock holder don't like being lied to, again given their play with APS and the continuous lies they no longer get the benefit of the doubt, i do believe there will a PR in the next 2 days, let's see what it contains, hopefully something of substance
