Looking forward to the radio Interview as well.

My only concern is the topic of the show will focus on the Industry as a whole.
Obviously the the Company will be discussed, but I am not sure
if this will be a grilling session.

The $500,000 short fall has opened up the Company to
greater scrutiny and mistrust.
I have lots of questions going forward here.
And I will send this list to Kurt tonight.

If anyone has any additional questions you can PM or
send it the board.

These questions are not to negate the very positive things
that PHOT has done, it's very impressive Revenue Growth,
product and program Development and the place it sits in the Sector.

But hopefully it lights a fire under their ass, and understands
it's shareholders aren't to be taken for granted.

1. If PHOT's Store Front locations are the base for it's
Gift program, how can the Gift program be initiated in
Washington as stated in the initial P.R, if there are no
Store Front or Company personnel in Washington?

2. Is it true PHOT simply opened up space in their Warehouse
and called it their new Santa Rosa Store?
The addresses are both the same.

3. Why does Cannabis.Org promote another company's growbox?
And why does PHOT promote at least a half dozen Companies on
the site, with no cross promotion from any of them?
What's next for Cannabis.Org?

4. How financially and logistically possible is it to open
up 23 more Store Fronts in less than 13 months.
That is two Store Fronts a month?
How much further Capital are they looking to raise?
And won't Dilution negatively affect shareholders, as it
has in the past?

5. Why in at least 3 sources just weeks before Third Quarter
ended did PHOT publicly affirm it's 5.4M eoy Revenue
projections and 1.8 Third Quarter Projections, if the
Company knew the projections were way off.

6. Search engine optimization?
If PHOT is going to take it's Hydroponic Growing Equipment
Web Store's Revenue Growth seriously it has to address it's
disappointing Search results.
Can we expect any changes here?

7. What steps will they take attract customers away from growing
competition?
PHOT is seeing nice Revenue Growth for it's products.
But the current Revenue rate just isn't high enough to
offset it's Operating costs.
What steps are they taking to address this?
Also does PHOT plan to tap into the growing International Market?

8. Have they already implemented a Marketing plan to attract
Dispensaries and Growers to their Gift Program and new Kiosk?
If so, what are the details?
How many customers have they obtained so far?

9. Are we now going to get an updated guidance or is the
Company sticking to it's 5.4M Revenue Projections.
