Good Post: Management and insiders own about 87% of stock and are witholding great information

I have calculated that mgt. has bought abought 87% of shares outstanding at $0.01 over last 2 years. They are profitable according to IR but say they can't afford to file required SEC forms. I think that is BS and the shares should be trading between $0.10-0.15 cents per share or more. Some activist investor should stp in and buy out company at bargain prices. This is only my opinion and I own about 100K shares.
