Sounds like if they found more reserves then they are allowed to produce in Russia as a foreign corporation the Undisclosed buyer mentioned in the PR may exist via a sovereign Russian corporation! Anyone have a link to an official disclosure that limits foreign corporations production of 150 mill tons of crude I have found that number doing my own DD but nothing official.
