OK, here you go. I don't know if it is related or not. Just would like some help figuring out if they are under a new name?

The software seems very similar. If they did go out of business, can someone else have acquired the software? I dought once doors are closed that they would have to provide any other update to anyone. Or does some remaining portion of the business have to? I'm open to being educated on this. As I said, I'm still new to this but willing to learn.
