I spoke to a friend of mine and his best friend invests money into startups. My point in saying this is my friend said that one of the keys to these small companies is they have to willing to give up control and accept help. This is obviously my point!
If Paul Riss wants to be rich, he should allow someone and their new Board Members, to make this a super great company.
Paul Riss already has many millions of shares and would become wealthy. The situation does not make good common sense to allow your shareholders to do all the work with the money they already earned.
No company asks this, but we are stuck because Paul Riss is selfish, self-centered and thinks he has all the answers?!
Obviously, this is not PVSP's current situation!
Please Paul Riss, let people that know how to get the word out do so. You had 5 years and no major success in creating revenue! Give this over to capable hands before you wreck a lot of people and their money. This is selfish and not business right. I think that being in control of a company there has to be some kind of overruling code that allows others, when there money is at stake, to take that company over. Especially, when that leader has no money and borrows money to stay on life support and getting ready to flood the pool with more shares!! Come on Paul, let someone else cross the finish line with a revenue stream that allows PVSP to do the right things.
