Exactly! We have only 4 weeks till the Judge needs to give his ruling with ZTE. I still feel the Judge will not need to decide. I feel ZTE and Vringo will settle, and I do hope Vringo is willing to come down a little off there term sheet, which I believe they will in that case. Regarding Google, not a chance. Like I said, we NEED $$ coming in. I also continue to believe we will be bought out. When and how much is the ?? IMO!!
