You have to admit with Co. and WA. they will have to figure out the monetary ways to be able to collect and manage with the banks the 1st of the year. All other States will follow as the IRS will want a part and the States cannot get enough of the MMJ and Legal MJ tax money.

Who is in the waiting to manage the collections, manage the dispensaries, manage the health care facilities, manage the collectives, manage the taxes reported and assist, manage the licenses. SKTO is in waiting for many of these areas and at the forefront.

Seems the Sates will need someone that is trusted and has political clout. Why I,, I think,,, SKTO has the Lt. Gov none other than Gavin Newsom as a trusted political person to help in the decision making for many of these services and licensing that is needed.
