Again, not enough evidence either way. Pure conjecture at this point to say the site is coming down. It's equally plausible to say the site is being re-vamped for material events to be released shortly. No proof either way.

The financials being released to otcmagic in lieu of pr news wire or otc markets could be yet snafu on getting disseminated through proper channels in a timely fashion. Again, not enough proof to say definitively either way.

I don't see enough reality to make a call either way.
