This is what was stated which was totally and deceptively wrong.
"There you have it: the conversion price is based on the lowest share price of the last 4 weeks (20 trading days), and then discount it further by 40%".
I never referred to PVSP dilution or discounts, just the definition/formula of VWAP, which is not stated in any of the documents posted here thus far. There are two people who get off topic with red herrings although it is not part of the original discussion. And that is certainly apples/oranges/deception.
