Mr. Frias joins Affinity Gold with over 30 years of operational, managerial and leadership experience having served in numerous capacities within the mining industry in Peru. Mr. Frias’ education speaks for itself and demonstrates his level of technical knowledge of the industry.

Mr. Frias Educational Achievements:

* Ph.D. in Mineral Economics (Penn State University, 1995)
* Masters of Science in Mining Engineering (Penn State University,1992)
* Masters in Business Administration (ESAN, 1988)
* Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering (Catholic University of Peru, 1982).
