Lol! You are asking the wrong person for "negative elements". Imo, the major complaints that have been presented have been lack of revenues and debt. But SVFC is a start up biotech and the company potential is such that the positives far outweigh any negatives.The debt will be cleaned up, revenues will flow, IR will be settled, the current O/S is 152mil--a small float. Great entry level PPS--very undervalued currently, but not for long:)
