Wrong again, but what's new. Here's a rational argument, President by President. Bush is, indeed, in first place, BUT that is based on two full terms. OBOY still has time to go and a country to bury and destroy.

Let's bet on who holds the #1 spot as the President who piled the most debt on the country and f'd future generations the most on the day OBOY leaves.
