Almost all of the time its just a BS reason...when we sit down with lawyers on any debt settlement, knowing that each stipulation take weeks if not months, we do have the right to carry any settlement almost up to three years on BS alone....

I think that Sour A$$ from IR is just dragging this out as long as he can because he knows its damaging to small caps like us and hazardous to PPS...its personal for him at this point. Now if we can prove this...my god..if we get a settlement...our pps would rocket....but its hard both time consuming and costly for SVFC to be doing this in this early developmental stage..i think the effort alone would severely put us back from growing and expanding.
