Especially the "Supplemental Information - Notes to Financial Report for the Period Ending September 30, 2013" is a complete nightmare. When you see how this company in its last days in 2007 tried to get funds you can imagine how desperate the situation was. I just can hope that as per today the board of the company knows to whom we own what and how many shares, regardless what class or type we have outstanding or issued.
Reading through this Supplemental Information twice today. I have to say I don't get it. I don't have the overview.
