why you should believe in this company....IMHO
1. They are not concerned about the price of the stock!!!
yes, this is a good thing.
2. very low outstanding share count and authorized
3. no paid touts and no dumping on the open market
4. they have every intention of becoming current in all filings
(when THEY feel the time is right)
5. no longer are they just announcing signing a 500 bed facility
but HUGE contracts that dwarf county jails.
6. expanding rapidly into municipalities, big money
7. expanding into the probation services
8. they own common stock just like everybody else
9. their products and services are in demand and save their
clients money
10. they are able to raise capital, without debt, by issuing
504 and 506 stock sales.
11. they have licensee's and channel partners getting new clients
on a regular basis, royalties for the future.
12. the market will take notice some day, just to become a $50
million yields a stock price of $5/share
