This is how the game is played on the OTC, (lightly regulated). No big secret or anything illegal about it. It's cool if you don't want to make fat stacks, but telling the SEC that some message board is violating something that is perfectly legal seems to be a waste of time and is some obvious personal problem. Maybe focus on the Corrupt Companies that trade on these tiers. Just remember, whistle-blowers have to be in the Courtroom more often than anyone. Maybe get a suit, just in case..
