If we dont uplist, dont get any loan.
My estimates is about pe 2.7 in the end of 2015 on the otc list, around 5$.
Next year when we have a positive cash flow and do not dilute any more shares and have a 8% divi, and the company is more in a buyback mode.

But i hope for uplisting and a loan but that will only be a plus.
