I am not interesting in hearing yet another rendition of Maritime Law from your client, which is obviously the source for a full-on debate of the original jurisdiction principles that you have chosen as the topic.

Such things as "teams can devise and tailor the appropriate questions" would be difficult logistically as most of us don't communicate much with each other as some of us actually have lives and different schedules.
