Lasers,

In your opinion, why the poison pill NOW. Might this indicate they have been hostilly approached? Might it be because of an announcement they are starting trials withOUT a big name partner? Could it be because they have heard rumors? Could it be they have found out that many millions of shares have been quietly accumulated (with the help of paid-for negative stock message board posts)?
