I don't think it's so much a derivative loss, Derivatives are generally used as an instrument to hedge risk, but can also be used for speculative purposes. The 10Q is talking about profit and loss and more about accounting. Their is no doubt in my mind this stock can go up in a heartbeat but to keep it there we need revenue, and more revenue than debt, or at least a sign that the table is turning. I think someday it will happen or I wouldn't be here. and when the time comes I will buy more
