DA defendants Boone and Baker both cited that Robert Stewart received finder's fees. FACT.

Is Ontheedge lying in his claim that Robert Stewart never received finder's fees, or did the defendants give false information to their attorneys to enter into an official court document?

I believe Onetheedge is claiming that both attorneys entered hearsay into an official court document.

(Hearsay- something one has heard but does not know to be true.)

Of course, the flip side is that the attorneys requested documented evidence before including the statements of fact into the documents. I can just see an astute attorney up before the judge saying, "Well, that's what my client told me your honor!"
