Obamacare may be in a Death Spiral. And with it goes the medical device tax. BSX would surely benefit, as all research analysts would up their earnings estimates.

Obama cannot simply change the law. The law as written will not work. And the President does not have the consitutional right to alter the voted on law to suit is political challenges.

The legislative branch is going to have to either change the law or repeal it.

And the politicians are running scared from the monstrosity.

All in all, good for BSX.
