Can you IMAGINE how nauseating CNBC would be, if the S&P did likewise ?
So, why has the Nikkie spiked up by SO much ?.....
Three reasons :
1) The significance of it's 14,000 Level,
2) The significance of it's Number 4 Action Line
3) And, 3) the significance of the yen poking (down thru) thru par :
