I could not in good faith argue the vast majority of your feelings or complaints. I have heard in the past that people pretending to be shareholders were making contacts with various entities that might have been part of a deal for the purpose of intefering etc.

But on the other hand I believe this time with my understanding of what is happening that there is only a slim, very slim chance that the person(s) involved previously can no longer get in the way.

Like HR my only concern is the ADL and the LDM, as this is what will bring in the greatest value for our stock. Those other entities that you mentioned may or may not come to fruition, I don't know.

I can't say for certaintity that ADL LDM will come through. Like you and others it is only a guess, supposition or whatever you call it.

As far as SD saying there is no credibility in my post, all I can do is echo Hurrican Rick, "All I have to do is be right once." On these boards no one has anymore real credibility than someone else as far as I am concerned.

I am looking forward to sharing that Scotch with you.
