First off, I came on here while the stock was sucking wind
in the low $.03's.

Secondly, make no mistake, every poster is a pumper.
For the most part they are pumping there own biased opinions.

Some just do a better job than others.

Thirdly, I brought quite a bit of relevant Industry and
Company DD to the Table.
But I also knew how to dress up an already pretty lady.
Or as many will call it, pumping or cheerleading.

There are many reasons for the stock rise.

But love me or hate me, I helped this Stock move all the way from $.032 to $.1049.

Initially, some may laugh at that statement.
But, others will attest to that sentiment.

So, that means many people who " listened " to me, made a
lot of money, riding the stock from $.032 to $.1049.

Every Trader has there reasons and triggers to buy and sell.

For me, I was under the impression we would achieve
or exceed Third Quarter Revenue projections.

For me, that was important.

PHOT missed the mark by almost $500,000

And so I set a stop, and it hit.

I have not re-entered the stock.
But I have plans to.
My feelings about the Company remain just as Positive and
Bullish as before.

But I need to emotionally disconnect for a while.
And focus on other things.

But when I do come back in, I will keep it quiet, so as
not to offend you or other members of the Board.
