hey all, soo my buddy just got his mcig in the mail yesterday, it worked fine the first time, cleaned it after use, repacked it for a second session and it appears as though the heating element isnt connected to the second piece. no heat is generated, no smoked at all, not even a scent, even after holding the botton for 5+ seconds. we then screwed in my mouthpiece to his battery piece and it worked great... has anyone come across this issue? looks to be an issue with his two pieces not coming together properly and heating the product.

anyone have any suggestions? or know if mCig will send him a new unit if he sends it back etc?
