Sanswired, I can't help but thinking that you and your fellow longs are making a big mistake here.

Yes, I've done all the DD read all the Filings even gone thru Rocky's web site in detail.

My conclusion is that it is too risky and looks too similar to another situation I was burnt on once. That turned out to be a very sophisticated Ponzi scheme!

Too many longs are too emotionally involved - it's breaking Rule #1 of investing: Never fall in love with a stock!

There are just too many questions and things that don't feel right about GTE.

IMO due to the general scepticism if the Russian deal does look genuine and the $150m is verified then there will be plenty of time to buy on the way up and still make good money.

Conversely, Longs are just one PR away from losing nearly all their money - I'm referring to a possible SEC investigation if Jaysons allegations have merit!

It would be crazy to take a risk like that with your money.

GLTY but I sold my 50K shares and am on the sidelines for now.
