i, personally, am not a professional trader or anything near, but i always place an order for several million when it goes to .0002(which are never filled) because i want to lower my cost base. i already own several million shares in the .0007 range and am obviously quite concerned due to the pump and dump nature of these types of stocks. i will be waiting and holding until something great happens or writing off as loss on taxes if it busts. keeping fingers crossed.
