10Q 's are comming out ---company's selling @ 20 cents ,, 15 cents etc,,,,
ALL with no earnings,, no profits ,,, some with no revenue---
What do you suppose will happen to BEAC when the 10Q or 8K comes out shortly and shows the $40 Mil in revenue and $10 Million plus in gross profit for 2012---and we have no Idea about 2013---
This merged company is in the Telecommunications business---and the pps is still so far under the radar we are pumping sunlight to it---
A lot of folks are gonna miss a really big move when the newly merged company's fins clear the SEC and are released shortly---
