Go to Zembeks Facebook. There you can also meet Shaw, Kerr, and deGrauwe, all investors who purchased shares at $0.005 when the stock was trading at $.02. The issuer never took the charge on the discount, and my guess is none of the shareholders claimed the gain on their taxes.

I am waiting on the truth about this issuer. Easier thing is to call the IRS and turn them all in and we will get answers later.
